With M2M Business Collaboration, you can give your supply chain partners—customers, suppliers and employees access to critical information when they need it while reducing your operating costs. This information sharing can be done via an enterprise portal (M2M VIP) or direct enterprise integration (M2M Link).
- M2M VIP—The M2M VIP enterprise portal is completely integrated with Made2Manage ERP. Your employees, customers and suppliers can log on to M2M VIP from your company's Web site and see the information you want them to see, based on the access rights you grant them. Your customers and suppliers also can view real-time account and order status, invoice details, shipment tracking information, and product catalogs. In addition, users with access to M2M VIP also can enter orders and quotes directly into your system.
- M2M Link—The Made2Manage ERP business-to-business enterprise integration solution, M2M Link, automates communication and file exchange with your business partners—helping you reduce administration costs and speed up your supply chain. M2M Link comprises two different software applications that enable you to link Made2Manage ERP to the systems of your customers and suppliers: M2M EDII and M2M EDI-XML (electronic data interchange).
